Nos. 29145, 30408 and 35168 of 2007 are preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent's order in proceedings bearing Ref. No. CA/1/2007/NMN(MHRD), dated 6. 8. 2007 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the first respondent not to interfere with the membership of the petitioner's representatives as Council Members and also not to interfere with the tenure of the membership of the petitioners as its council members.
