This house is built of a non-traditional kind of material. By the use of foaming agent, cement concrete is expanded to the extent of 70 percent over its original volume. It, therefore, reduces the amount of cement and other basic materials necessary for construction. It is also claimed that this type of construction has greater insulation capacity and is better protected against moisture.
